Muscles do two things: Extend/contract a limb/body part/appendage/etc and stabilize a body group.

That's why the plank is so hard for some people. Their muscles have concentrated on the extend/contract (situps), but they spend little thoughtful time doing the plank.

    Excellent video, btw.

Yup, it was definitely the balancing act. Was standing on a 1"x6" board that was brittle, so only standing on rafters 24" on center. Plus, one drill was too weak to drive a screw, the other was too powerful to drive a screw, so I was doing a lot of pushing with all my body.

And thanks! I don't just take away shooting fundamentals from your videos, I learn cinematography too!

I wonder how many uses of a smiley is enough to move it up a spot. Lets try an experiment... its currently on the second row, second from left column.

    * apparently the maximum number of images you can include per message is 15. I put 1521 in this post then got smacked by the forum.

You sick old men! It's just a kneel pad for gardeers. When you have to weed for 8hrs its useful.

    Also, morning.

Ahhh, well why didn't you just say knee pads?!

And while they may be awesome, I didn't do any kneeling, it was the squatting and climbing up/down my attic stairs ever few minutes because I left a tool somewhere.

Yeah positional holds are rough. I still use the invisible chair. Knees getting all wobbly, fun stuff.
