Haha yeah I don't train with a cup. Been 2 years plus, been caught in the junk/nads less than 6 times.

Guess sometimes smaller is better.

Try cornstarch instead of flour.

Never used it but I'll try. The Argo pkg says 2 tbls starch for two cups of water. I'll go a little light and see how it thickens..
