Except for my Sig 716P not cycling the PCI M80 loads when suppressed, I've had zero issues cycling anything else with that AAC can. We'll see when I build a 10.5 upper how that plays out. I'm thinking I'll have to work on an adjustable system and am considering just going to an AA piston setup.
If it has baffles inside of a tube, it creates backpressure. They try to minimize it, but there is no magic bullet, as far as baffled cans are concerned. I've only seen one can NOT create excess back pressure, but they are expensive and they don't use baffles like a suppressor that we'd think of these days.

Piston driven systems have a few problems in their execution, but that's a cost/benefit that you're going to have to make for yourself.

Don't look now, but I think there was another grouping of quality posts in the post whore thread. Nice info, and thanks for that.

Yeah, every once in a while I ask a decent question and get an honest and helpful answer from these whores.

Do cans that use baffles, but bleed out the pressure into an outer canister (like an integral can) reduce pressure better?
