Got some stuff straightened out with the lender and realtor for buying. If we clear up our 2nd on the house, which we planned to do anyways, I can FHA qualify for up to $325. I'd never buy that high, don't want a $2,100 a month mortgage....but, that does mean that I can look at better stuff. My guy is gonna load me up on Saturday and show me 12-15 properties I guess. If I do find something really good for me....I'll refinance after this place sells, go conventional and pay a big chunk of it off. Lender said she could work it all out without paying all the retarded fees and stuff.

Just found out today that my lawyer didn't initiate communication with cbi when I first called them about my problem...the firm was busy defending some 2nd degree murder case in Pueblo for a couple weeks or something...so the letter went out today..now I can wait another 3 weeks or a month waiting on an answer about whatever the problem is. Good thing is that he said I could still carry and go about my business as usual regardless of the letter cbi sent me.

Base your next purchase on 1/2 of what you bring home now. Don't listen to a sales person telling you what you can afford. Listen to what you say you can.

$1500/mo (especially in the right area) will get you a really decent house. Good luck man! Jim does have some good advice once in a while...

What the hell... I can't link an image from my iPad all of a sudden?

    Heya Alxone....

HB, I really don't know how everything is gonna shake out of this situation. I have too many vehicles, so I need a two car garage, and ability to park stuff in the back yard. HOA ain't gonna work.

    I'm hopeful

Got some more packing up done.

    Goodnight felllers
