    I heard it wasn't bad.....for slabs. But I can't confirm or have experience. We used diamond pattern metal mesh when doing cement stucco walls.

    I'd be worried about the pour......I wonder what mud they got.

    Sounds like fail to me.

    It appears that I have the upper hand in this house buying deal...sellers need me right now because they're counting on the sale to buy their dream home. If I walk, they might lose it.

    There's talk now about a cashiers check for concrete work after closing. I'm open to it.

    Speaking of which....if this all goes through, I'll need someone who knows wtf they're doing with concrete, and can appraise and schedule the completion of said work in a timely fashion. Just sayin.

    I'll pay you for your time to come and look at what needs done, then get the job done right. It's gonna be my new home, I want it right. Stucco repair is involved too.

    There is no perfect concrete anywhere in CO. Ask around how long a concrete co. guarantees their work.
