Don't feel bad, I'm highly convinced now it was the brass. Shot all of my test loads and not a single problem. Went up to 42.8gr IMR4064 and didn't have a single problem. No sticky bolt. No ejector mark. No high pressure signs. Just pure, clean, fun shooting. Have to decide between my 41.6gr and 42.0gr loads, they produced the tightest groups and the most consistent velocities. Need to calculate SD but I might do a load up between those in 0.1gr increments, depending if I have time over the next week or two.

Have a safe drive, HB. What part are you heading to? I was in Grand Rapids during May for a friend's wedding. It was a lot more beautiful than I was expecting
