Found another cool run. I go out of town the next day, but I'd like to try and do this one. Who's in? (video at bottom)

Okay fine, I'll be the first to admit it.

Sharknado 2 is worse than Sharknado 1.

Not in the good way either, it was a crappy movie.

Guys remember a few years ago when I posted up pictures of a PittBull puppy, then we only had her for three days?

Well, this dog is a keeper. Everything is great and she's a new part of the family. Plus, I've been running with her, and that is AWESOME. I don't know exactly how to train her up to running with me, as I'm sure that right now I have more endurance than her, but she's doing pretty well so far. Tonight she ran most of a mile with me at under 8 minutes. That's super fast for me.

EDIT: I just input all the info, and it appears the pace is actually near 8.5 min/per mile. Disappointed.

Right on, Irving....I'm sure that little pup is gonna be loved real good for the rest of her life now. BTW...at the Zombie run, I'm not a runner, I'll be the guy that's after your flags and acting a little more like a linebacker than a zombie..
