I got the awesome "opportunity" to change my first ever flat tire today in the pouring rain. It was Mrs. HB's car. She watched and I explained it to her so if it ever happens again, she won't have to call for help.

I guess I'm buying a set of new tires tomorrow. I was hoping to hold off for a few more weeks, but now I'm stuck. Probably shouldn't have invested so much this month... Now I need the cash.

They are the ones we bought in Aurora last year. Today wasn't the actual closing. I'll be out of town when the closing happens, so I had to sign papers early so it doesn't hold up the closing next week.

Yeah, I was trying to budget that for October, but I guess it's going into this month's budget now... A they are way more expensive than they should be... I was expecting $500 at the top end of the range, and I guess I'm looking at more like $600+
Its a 2011 Hyundai Tucson.
