Nice to see Roberth pop in....hope everyone is managing lifes BS good enough. I tried a smoke quit starting Monday night....made it two days and bought a damn pack after work today.
Fuck.
I put it outside in the garage...trying to forget I even have it........what a pain in the ass. Addiction sucks, man.
I'm not gonna take it with me to work tomorrow...just leave it here. Hope to only have one more right before bedtime tonight.

You have to think of it like the worst drug imaginable - because it is - and don't succumb to temptation.
It only takes ONE to make you a smoker again. You gotta find stuff to keep you busy and doing activities that don't afford you the option to light up. Your body only needs around 7 days to boot the nicotine, your MIND will fuck with you almost forever.
Sometimes starting with small steps helps. I first stopped smoking in my vehicles when I bought a new car, stopped indoors long before that. Then refused to have to be in shitty weather just to smoke, etc.
