Ran with my dog today around lunch. Then ran to a crossfit workout and ran back. The exercise between each set was a 200 meter run for a total of 2,200 meters. I ended up running about 4 times the distance I thought I was going today. I'll feel it tomorrow I'm sure.

Finally got my email working properly again, .........that's a good thing.

I prefer comcast over the dish people, but fixing my problem was way harder, for way longer, than it should have been.

At least it's fixed now.
