Awesome KS...fantastic reason to get off the smokes for sure.

I'm going strong on day 3....have a patch on, but haven't used any gum today. Going strong I'm tellin' ya...and proud of myself for doing so.

Going with Smothered Burritos for choice of lunch this week, got all kinds of goodies to spice those suckers up and make 'em real delicious and stuff. Hell yeah.

Brutal, I believe it for sure, Brother. I'm gonna take you up on that. Thank you, btw....

Some of my friends have told me that now is a bad time for me to quit smoking or reeling in the drinking because of the divorce and financial stuff going on......I would add that if I have the the balls to still command my willpower during extremely stressful times, with lots of triggers happening....... then I am showing superior control over the particular addiction that I'm trying to fight right now.

I'm standing tall, and feeling powerful regarding diss to Marlboro. Fuck those rich execs and the rest of the TEAM making bonuses off my wallet and former addiction. I DID end up chewing a piece of nicorette a few hours ago, but not one since then.

It really is a good feeling, freedom type of feeling.....that is helping me through this. Today was easier than the first two for sure.

His name is Ritter. He's a whopping 12 weeks old and weighs just under 3 pounds.

Are not your friends when you're trying to quit, any habit. A friend helps you move forward, not hold you back.
