    Got my breakfasts done, and now heading towards getting the lunches done. Seasoned baked chicken breasts, scalloped taters and mixed vegetables for the week.

    Working on dinner for tomorrow. Browning a pork shoulder then throwing in the crock with the seasoning and into the fridge. I'll drop it in the slow cooker tomorrow morning. Going for a carnita style for tacos etc.

    Mixed it. Lime juice, diced onions, hatch green chilies, Chipotle chilies, cumin, garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, thinned with vegetable stock until pork covered. In the fridge now resting in the crock. Will cook on low in the crock pot for about 9 hours while I'm at work tomorrow.
