Yeah, I let it rise in the big bowl at room temp for 12-24. I've experimented with transferring to the fridge at that point for a few days. Anyway, when I'm ready to bake, I dump out of the bowl onto a lightly floured surface, flatten it out with my hands and fold it over into thirds two times. Each time trying to make it about the same size as the bread ban. Slicing across the top just before putting into the oven really helps it rise.

Interesting i was contemplating forming 2 loaves instead of the usual 1 round. I'll try it next time. Right now have enough bread for 2 -3 weeks.

also, I finally got my .308 AR assembled. Then scope issues showed up to the party.

I guess that I can build a pretty good bolt gun for right around $1500 (without optic) and do so repeatedly. This is assuming that they all go together like mine did.
