Remember, square patties with the holes and a bed of chopped onions on the flat grill to cook the patties on.

Otherwise you just have Minnie burgers.

Hot cast iron griddle with lots of dried minced onions, between the griddle & burger.

They turned out good, but not great. Had the heat up a little too high. The onions started to brown and the burgers cooked just a hair too fast. I made 16 patties out of a lb of hamburger. The size seemed just about right, also the holes seemed to be right. I froze 10 of the patties. I'll try again next weekend when my wife gets back.

also, I can't remember but do they set the buns on onions too? I know they are a little "warm and moist"....

Pricing out uppers on PSA to finally get a rifle put together.

I don't really know what I want, but since most stuff is sold out anyway, it really limits my options. PLUS, with so many lowers, I might as well start somewhere, then I can go in any other direction on the next build. Pretty much there are only 16" barrels. I think I'll build something that I can compete in 3gun with.

Option #1 above is a great option. I have 2 of those uppers, and they are great.
