Feels like I was new at the board not all that long ago, but it's almost been two years now.

Oh, I didn't take it as "about you"... you asked about when to know you might need to step up with equipment. Great question.

    Well, sheeeeeeeit.

I can't put it off any longer, I've milked all I can out of this weekend. Oh well, I have it on good authority that there will be more of them, just not enough.

Have a great week fellers. G'nite.

They turned out good, but not great. Had the heat up a little too high. The onions started to brown and the burgers cooked just a hair too fast. I made 16 patties out of a lb of hamburger. The size seemed just about right, also the holes seemed to be right. I froze 10 of the patties. I'll try again next weekend when my wife gets back.

also, I can't remember but do they set the buns on onions too? I know they are a little "warm and moist"....

Awesome! Crying with Santa is a right of passage.

Now that I think about it, getting "snuggled" by a burly biker grandpa wearing a red devil suit might be just a little scary.

I don't really know what I want, but since most stuff is sold out anyway, it really limits my options. PLUS, with so many lowers, I might as well start somewhere, then I can go in any other direction on the next build. Pretty much there are only 16" barrels. I think I'll build something that I can compete in 3gun with.

EDIT: This is looking like the best option so far. http://palmettostatearmory.com/index...category/4220/

Followed by this, if I want to try and find a BCG and charge handle separately. http://palmettostatearmory.com/index...view/id/10306/

OR, I could do this for a complete rifle. http://palmettostatearmory.com/index...ate-rifle-kit/
Option #1 above is a great option. I have 2 of those uppers, and they are great.
