So, I guess I'm a cheap date... I'm watching "BATTLESHIP" on On Demand (nothing better to do), and it's pretty lame. Then all of a sudden, I find myself cheering when a bunch of geezers pull the USS Missouri out of mothballs to fight the aliens, with AC/DC rocking rocking the soundtrack. Stupid, improbable, etc., but what the heck, it's entertainment!
Battleship was the funniest movie I've seen in some time.
I get sick of movies that employ 100% impossible plot devices. I like movies that are realistic and technically correct, as well as cinematically well done.
Am I alone on this or can I get an Eh-MEN!
