Just off the smoker 3.5 hrs on 300, with a 375 warm up temp. You open the smoker , temp drops an easy 15 - 25* Lets see how it looks inside once it sits 1/2hr. Removed @ 130*

    BUT WAIT MOM, THERE'S MORE...................

Done just a tad more than i like.
But.. it's the first go at one on the smoker. I did the seasoning / rub (24 before) cooking. The spouse handled the cooking of the roast, veggies. I was on au jus & rolls duty. Our friends did the taters & wine.

We try to make as much use of the grilling area as possible when cooking. 2 -3 different meats are the norm. Then next day vacuum sealed and in the freezer it goes. it's much easier to defrost and reheat than go , mmm what are we cooking tonight.

mrs belly got me a bluetooth keyboard for my ipad. this thing is kinda neat because now I have a computer keyboard without actually having to fire up a full computer....

I see mysrelf being the recipient of a "1st World Problems" meme or two: "I can't type fast enough on my ipad, but I don't want to fire up a full computer."

    whatever, I like it.
