How ya been Belly? I've been out of touch lately.

pretty broken these days. Army says they're thinking of giving me the (medical) boot. I dont think im done yet, so ill try and stay. in the meantime, i just had a hernia repaired because i don't know how to lift with my legs, just my back and abdomen.
