Just went to pick up a package from the UPS customer service center... What a nightmare! I had them hold a package because we were out of town. When I got there, there were about 15 people in line. The guy at the front said he had been waiting almost two hours! NO F*CKING WAY IM WAITING TWO HOURS IN LINE TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE! There were two people working the counter and somehow it was taking them an average of 15-20mins per person. To hell with that! Gaaaaahhhh!

Frustrating for sure.

Kinda like picking ice out of the damn gutter again....PITA. Need to get a fix for that as soon as I can. Gutter heaters or something for now.

I could have walked back into their warehouse and found my package way quicker than she finished up with a single customer.

I'll swap you UPS for USPS. 1 person on the counter . 15 people in line. I ask if she is the only one working with the backlog of people standing in line. With that a head pops out of the back room then disappears, he was the postal mgr for that office. Or as i refer to them, a close to retirement .gov employee.
Holiday time and 1 -2 people on the counter ???

I don't think I've ever used DHL. FedEx seems alright.
