If you sleep too long, you get all screwed up. If I am running on fumes, a half hour is perfect. Usually I spend the whole lunch hour trying to sleep, and only actually sleep for 30 minutes. Even 15 min is surprisingly effective if it is uninterrupted. Once I go past an hour though, I wake up super groggy and out of it. The worst is when you get home at 5:30 and fall asleep until 7:30 or 8:00. You wake up feeling so refreshed, just in time for bed. Face palm.

I think that's exactly my problem, I sleep too long and wake up in the middle of a sleep cycle.

Not sure if it was entirely necessary to quote you in that post...

Now would be a great time for you to hit up YouTube. I suggest Wranglerstar, or Studio C. Ohhh, swing by The King of Random too.

Okay, I'm actually tired for once. Must have been the work out tonight. Good luck tomorrow.

I also find myself hitting refresh every few minutes while staring at the trading post... that's not a good habit.

I guess I'll play some Xbox. That should wake me up. There are a bajillion 12 year olds playing COD right now. I'm so glad there is a "mute all" function.

BTW, this is a problem because I am especially susceptible to making late-night impulse purchases on the internet.

...which is another reason why I should be in bed right now.
