My Download tripled, yet my Upload increased by 3mb/s. I do a little online gaming and I haven't noticed a difference. My buddy would tether his cell phone to his Xbox while he worked the 3rd shift (Gov. Work...I know) on 3G and he got Host every friggen time.

BTW, the MSRP is NEVER $60 on those bags. They are normally between $20-30, but this is a "sale" that puts them at $17.
