Yeppers. Trying out a few recipes before committing to one. Doing patties, then final recipe will be done in links.
#1 was an ok one. Too much thyme for my taste. Trying Alton Browns recipe next go round. I still have 6 patties from this batch.

I think I have one of these grinders somewhere, but I've never had a reason to use it. We got a 30+ year old kitchenAid stand mixer passed down from a family member and despite its age, it is very reliable. I guess it should be - it's basically cast iron. weighs like 40 lbs. Busted out the SodaStream so I could have something sweet to drink with my pizza rolls lunch...out of all the good flavors so i use the gingerale, but it is mostly gone...so i mix it with the lemonade flavor.
Not bad in any way...I may have stumbled on to greatness

A 60/40 mix of cola (coke or pepsi) product and sprite or 7-up is the same as ginger-ale. Up to 50/50 depending on taste buds
