Also, why is it that when you bark back at someone's dog, the owner looks at you funny?

Is Monky still buying cheap hookers? I would have thought after finding out that last one was a dude he would have stopped.

To some it's a mating call. Only one of the partners gets caught. To deflect suspicion away. They shift it to you.

    Bark, Bark. That you darlin?

About 6 months ago. Job related. I'll be moving back at first opportunity... probably in 2-3 years.

He too is on his way home and driving his ChemTech company truck. We exchange info and since it seems no one is injured we go home and I call my insurance company and report the accident and by then my wife is in pain and my neck and shoulder are starting to hurt, the insurance lady tells us to go to the ER and get checked out.
Three hours later and x rays and examination we are told that there are no fractures but we have suffered strained muscles and we may have some pain for a couple of days. As of today my neck and shoulder are still tender but my wife is still in pretty bad shape. I will call the other driver's work place and get their insurance info (I have the name of their insurance but not the number) and see what they will do in this instance.

Anyone have any other advice on how to proceed so as to protect myself and make sure vehicle repairs and medical are taken care of? Any personal injury lawyers here that can offer advice?
Not an attorney, although I am surrounded by the assholes... so this isn't legal advice. The decision to seek representation or not is for you and your wife. How much effort do you want to put into making yourself 'whole' when all injuries are healed, all damage is fixed.. there are no guarantees that an attorney will get you more $$$ than you can get yourself.. but their time is going to cost you $$$ at the end.
