For those of you who travel I-70 East and West. I know there's some construction going on at Havana, but for fucks sake! Every friggen day some asshole causes and accident AM and PM drive. If you can't navigate it, stay the fuck home.
Oh I don't miss that drive at all, nor do I miss ANY I25 Southbound coming out of Thornton in the AM, or I25 Northbound heading to Thornton in the evening. Moving a couple miles from work has been the best thing I've done in years.
Kazoo, your house is your retirement fund. Just sell it to a Californian in about 10 years and move someplace shitty and cheap like Bangkok or tijuana!

Interestingly i have an offer from a friend down Mexico way. Expressed an interest in opening a pizzeria. There's one problem with that, I don't speak spanish , fluently.
He says No Problem. If anyone talks to you just say, FUCK YOU YOU FUCKIN IDIOT. AND... They'll eat it up. An italian in Mexico yelling at them like in the movies. We'll make $$$
My concern is the ones of less savory reputation. Hate to get beheaded over a slice of pepperoni pizza. No Problem he says again. My family owns one of the largest funeral home business in the state
