If my wife every decides to come home, I'd like to take the dog for a short run as well. It's time to get back into shape. I've decided that in addition to getting back into the shape I was in last year when working out regularly, it's important that I lose any unnecessary weight. I had a shingle tear out from underneath me on Monday. It's not a good feeling at all and weighing less may help prevent that in the future.

I am working on getting drunk, and trying to order either a LPK or BGC and charging handle. I tried to contact CMMG but it's not working.
Use PSA. They are cheaper.
