Some of our most successful military leaders (and a few notable presidents) barely made it through school. GPA is a measure of how well students choose to play the games.

How are the post whores today?

I'm just trying to get off the vampire schedule. Does anyone here take any sort of sleep aid? I took 1x 25mg benedryl at 9pm last night and it helped me sleep, but I STILL feel really groggy and generally disoriented. Anyone else have these issues?

I drank a lot then passed out on the couch, so I also feel a bit groggy.

Yeah... it's not much different from that.

melatonin, but you have to cycle.

I finally resorted to hard drugs - ambien...

I was so tired after this week's work/travel I took an Ambien and two tylenol PM's last night. Talk about dead to the world...

Uggh, welcome to craptastic schedule, thank God I'm off of it for now. I can never get used to it, doesn't matter how well I sleep, or how many hours I sleep, I'm always tired working overnights. I don't have any good suggestions, as I've never found one myself, but good luck in your search.

    Great.

I find that I just keep zoning out while I'm in the middle of doing things... I'll just stop and stare at nothing for 10+ seconds and then I'll realize I'm doing it and resume the task that is taking 3x longer than it should because my brain isn't functioning well. It's not even necessarily "sleep deprivation" either, because I got 8 hours of decent sleep last night.. I just feel really "foggy" all the time. Nighttime cold medicine does the same thing to me.
