    Irv, if you plan to hang that thing on the rungs of a ladder, how about some type of hooks to go over the rungs? Maybe some durable rubber with a metal stiffener inside? If that's not what you planned, disregard my thoughts. If that IS what you planned, disregard anyway. I'm already working on prototyping a patent for my super-duper bag Pro*.
