Have a few of the 48" led's in the shop. Ran one of these units in a hard to fit regular lights. Taken the left over and going to use in the shop. For the money including transformers worth it.

prolotherapy worked for a slap lesion i dealt with. Gave relief to a few other people we know that tried it vs surgery or cortisone injections. Some swear by it, others at it. YMMV
