Still wrapped. It felt....soft and squishy though. I don't think it would have the super fun texture of cold string cheese.
I've left string cheese in the package in my work bag for a whole shift, I just put them back in the fridge when I get home, and can't even tell the difference when I eat it next time around.Still wrapped.
