    1) Roof looks unsafe to walk
    2) They must have had to constantly sweep all the scorpions out of the room for pictures.
    3) Wonder why there was no power. None of the lights were on for the pictures.
    4) Where does that window above the kitchen sink lead?
    5) You can clearly see there is a sizeable pond in the first picture, how is that not in any of the rest of the photos? Seems like that would be a pretty important feature.

That's exactly the red flags the HELIPAD screams.
Guy who lived 2 houses down from us was , lets say an entrepreneur, in what's believed to be controlled substances. He has "troubles" as he put it with the "IRS" and has to sell the house real fast. Turn our friends who were looking on to the deal. 1-2 years after moving in (20 yrs ago) people still knocked on the door looking for "That guy".

I was joking about the roof, just because it's flat.
When you open the link on a mobile device, the picture of the house (before you go into the actual picture set) is reflected vertically. They faded the reflection so it looks like it is water. I clicked the link on the regular computer and it does not appear that way. Looks like no pond. Only a helipad and 23 acres. Bummer.

My neighbor: "Oh you broke your shovel? You should use one with a fiberglass handle; it won't break on you."

Me: "I like wood handles, I was just using it wrong."

My neighbor: "Here, you can borrow mine."

Me: "I'll just go buy another handle, it's no big deal."

My neighbor: "No it's fine. You won't hurt the shovel."

Me buying my neighbor a new shovel: "Here you go, your shovel is about to break."

My neighbor: "I'm sure it's fine."
