I could use a new shovel, Stu.
Want to borrow my old, worn out one so you can break it and buy me a new one?

I have a ton of various shovels in my attic with broken handles in case your feeling froggy one day and want to replace the handles. You can have them for free. Also, I think I'm done digging for a while. I was digging up my sprinkler in my backyard so I can route it to my garden instead.

If I tried to use a power auger to locate my sprinkler line, I'd almost assuredly grab the line with the auger and either pull lines that I don't want to disturb out of the ground, get the line twisted around the auger until it decided to swing me around and bash my head into the gas grill, bend the auger blade on the concrete patio only 2" away; or most likely, all three. I already punched plenty of holes in the line I was following with the shovel.
On another note, this year's garden is going to be AWESOME!!!!! (or a total failure). I'm also thinking about chickens again. And solar for the chickens. And solar for both of my vehicles (one to charge the battery on the one I don't drive, and the other to charge all my electronics on the one I do drive). And the decorative well to hide the pipes on my sprinkler system in my front yard. See? This is what happens when I spend time outside for the first time in 5 months.

I did temporarily pick up a drill press from 1981. I had some pictures but I must have deleted them. A little rust here and there, and the whole top where the belts runs was full of a mouse nest, but the light turns on and the motor works. Drill press isn't staying with me though.
