Houses in the Greeley, Windsor area running mid $200's to high $3's depending what you're looking for.
I know a place that's 1600+ sq ft, newer central air, 1/4 ac lot (in town) non-potable well, mineral rights. NO HOA OR COVENANTS alley access. decent 3 car garage for $305 ish. If they actually commit toselling.
