Actually my "family" wasn't cuisine experienced when I was growing up, and Italian food was either spaghetti or pizza basically. Restaurants I've been to don't serve these....and frankly I'd never even heard of the "idea" until my co-worker said he had these things a few weeks back at one of his car club functions. There's a few hard core Italians in the club if you know what I mean. So, I had no idea anybody did this for food, and I liked the idea, so I tried it.

Weeks at a .gov place lucky you.
It took 6 months for the .gov to finally make a decision for employment. It would have been sooner but..................there were not enough "quota" people applying to satisfy fed requirements. Even if they were not only not qualified. They had absolutely no experience related to the position.
