I'll PM you my cell so you can just text me if needed.
No worries. Will be out that way next week sometime.

Working some stuff out, I've figured out that I can rob some retirement money without any tax penalties and still swing that AZ pad. Might have a stretch where I'm paying two mortgages and I can manage that for a few months, but not like SIX or something like that. Sell the house and put the money back into the retirement. Stay here at my job for another year and a half and just bank my salary as much as possible. Go to AZ once every couple of months and fix a few things up ahead of time...like the kitchen for instance. Start there I guess.
Throw something in the crock pot, if people are going to view the house. Up here houses that started hitting the market have been under contract in 2 days. I believe listing it over the winter could have been put off till this month. No one wants to go out when it's 20 to house hunt.

Dishes suck but I use the bandaid thought pattern, I just rip them out when I eat or first thing when I wake. Being just the wife and I now we don't go through the dishes as much but I was up to doing them 2-3 time a day depending on the type of meals

Well bugger. Got my BRC invite after 11 years. I also got the price sheet for initiation and yearly membership.
Sticker shock for sure. Yearly is one thing, but the initiation - wow.

That's where most, if not all ranges get you, Initiation fees. Yeah it's $50 yearly membership fees, BUT................it's $400 to join

WOW. You should consider wcfw.org, $125 or $150 join up, then $120 yearly. They use to limit it to 1K members and the annual renewal was $25 then $50. Now it's tripled and let anyone in who signs up. BUT... not a public range, thankfully.

Trying not to shit up the Hawking thread, so I'll just post here about how sad I am to lose such an amazing dancer. One cheerful memory is him rousting Bob Dole in a push-up contest back in 1993.

I know, that '93 Push-Up contest seems like it was just yesterday...
