RIP for those who've been loosing family.

Yeah, no kidding. Found out yesterday my old neighbor, Jerry passed over the weekend. I was very close to him and his wife Clair for a long time, and Clair was kind of a second mother to me. She passed about six years ago now, but I still think of her often.

I don't remember if I mentioned the older gentleman who was just widowed has stage 3 kidney (medical term) and has 6 months give or take.


I'm also sorry to hear about both Hurley and Cogirls recent losses.

Good news on the back. As for everything else, it's a major reason we can't stress enough having an estate plan, will etc.

I admit I really do need to get on the ball with doing something about that.

Good news on the back. As for everything else, it's a major reason we can't stress enough having an estate plan, will etc.

+1 on the estate planning. We have dealt with 2 in the last 18mos. One planned well and estate settled quickly, even with having to liquidate assets and real estate. One poorly planned has had to be litigated and will take 2yrs to complete.

My wife and I have completely redone our estate planning. Use a trusted attorney and get it done right. It is worth the cost.
