PACA Licensing

Much like you need a driver’s license to operate a vehicle, the law requires that you have a PACA license to operate a produce business. A PACA license is proof to your customers and suppliers that you are a serious business person who can be trusted to honor the terms of your contracts.

Licensing ? There's no license for someone from Painful Action Collection Agency . All employees are 1099, working on straight commission.

I walked about 100 yards to these grain bins, and didn't bring my ladder. When I got there I saw that the ladder on the right didn't come down very far. Well, I wasn't going to go back and get my ladder since I was already there.
