    Done. Found the artist. Nope don't know him.

    However, I figured out the style reminds me of Illustrations by Lane Smith.

    2 years ago, when they failed me for it, I borrowed a good cap from my local mechanic and went right back through.

    They should do away with the emissions testing program altogether and just go after gross polluters. Stupid fukn waste of money.
