Look up the states resiprocal laws then plan your trips routing. Try to stay in CO. Friendly states

Gas ovens also need those thermo couplers.....very handy items to keep around for those "oh shit" moments. Unfortunately, there are many of those items most home owners "should" have around as well. eta...oh, and gas fireplaces as well.

Kicked ass today getting that mat fully applied throughout the cab of the truck. Yeah the floor, but also the roof, the kick panels, and the whole area behind the bench seat up to the door seals. That stuff is so tacky that it can be really tricky to slip it onto/into an area that is tight, ...but it can be done. What a difference it makes when you do the whole thing, it's amazing and totally worth the money and the time.

I've discovered that the automotive aftermarket switch plate world blows black belt degree monkey balls, and I'll most likely have to make what I want instead....fuk. I'll try searching marine and aero purely for the additional aggravation I suppose.

Yeah...I'll be making my own stuff. So much for finding something that would make it easier...oh well.

Nothing about this project has been easy, but it will be badass.

Also look at RV switches for a cross over fit.

Marine stuff is nice and durable, and usually water resistant.

    Sigh, barely into Kansas.
