I probably bent the tube 12 times,(fill it with sand and empty it out) and messed with the head mount bracket 25 times at least. The "crawl into the cab, then go out to the firewall"....run over to the vice, bend it different, run back to the cab/firewall thing....blew ass....tiring and frustrating.
Modified the tunnel opening with 1/4-20 nutserts instead of the factory speed nut/screw plan, and had to open all the cover holes to line up right for the serts.
Started fitting the carpet and getting the trim holes opened back up again, cut the shifter hole and mount the boot when the carpet gets relaxed.
Dropped off the bench seat at the upholstery shop to get new pad and cover.
And I found out that my bumper is finally getting shipped and I should have it next week. So, I better get those lights a comin' and get that switch plate shit figured out.
