My oldest is an Audi tech and they only run electrics now.

That's an Audi though, with a max torque spec of approximately 12ft/lbs across the whole car...

I have an electric 1/2" impact that does well for most stuff, but I still have to get my air impact out on occasion when the electric doesn't have the balls... For most people with a 1/2 ton truck or smaller, electric will be just fine.

The real question on the electric impact is. Can they use the same charging station they do for their car.
