    I just found 2 - 1# packages of hickory bacon from Edwards meats on 44th Ave. printed on the label and rapped in butcher paper of an unknown vintage at the bottom of my chest freezer.
    They have been there so long I don’t even remember buying them...... It made me think of Gilpin Guy’s bacon he used to sell

    Hey Irving, are you feeling brave and want to try a pound out with those 1,000 year Vaseline eggs that you preserved ?
