If I weren't shorthanded already, I'd be pushing to get him fired. 2 shifts that are too slammed to be dealing with low priority things that come in. Unfortunately, due to being shorthanded, I'm having to catch these things on other shifts that I'm filling in on.

    Once we stabilize, I hope to get rid of the dead weight after we backfill him before he is let go. I'm all for the coast to retirement plan, but one at least needs to work if they're going to fill a spot.

    And yes, computer stuff.
