I'm excited to reveal that I think I might have plantar fasciitis in my right heel...I can add that to the chronic foot, hand/wrist pain, and my Raynaud's.

When you get up in the morning, before stepping out of bed, gently (gradually increasing pressure) roll your affected foot's sole on a tennis ball. It will help stretch the tendon out so you don't inflame with sudden weight.

Been the last five days now getting out of bed in the morning it hurts immediately. First few days the pain would ease throughout the day at work....but it's all day now.

Absolutely. He'll end up with cortisone shots to start. I also suggest (if insurance pays, or covers part) Orthotics .
