two things i'm leery of when ordering off a food truck. Cheese and Mayo. Based on Health Dept insp. those are some of the most improperly stored items. Plus i'm not a fan of most cheeses

Regarding the papas fritas, con chili verde. Nothing like fries smothered in green chili. Which in CO is smothered in green as we know it.
Down here it's some tomatillio sauce OR diced green chili's. Depending where in AZ you eat.
Unless you say Colorado chili verde. Then you get the green i'm use to.

Why are printshops a pia to work with? I had tried 3 other shops before deciding to go back with the shop thats did our stuff before because no one can email or call back with anwsers to shit i need to do the ads like price, blend, etc.. I get the proofs but now 8 days later im still waiting on the same damn questions needing to be answered....
