Different folks have different taste buds.
Plus the ability or inability to have an actual bagel and not suffer the generic stuff a kings or safeway passes off. Even worse one of those einstien or other designer eateries abominations.

Nice, you can make anything into a smoker that will keep the smoke contained. Guess there is a use for all those Craigslist free file cabinets.
