I'm as fat and out of shape as I've ever been. I've decided that hunting is only like 40ish days away and I need to at least make an effort to get back into shape. It's pretty rough starting from the bottom. I'm really bad at doing things consistently, so we'll see how long this lasts.

Keto and legs/cardio. Don?t worry so much about the appearance. You don?t have time to look pretty, just get the legs and cardio up. Bunless burgers, water only, get summer sausage and real cheese, etc.

Good luck on getting back in shape, Irving. I've found the injuries that I willed my way through in my yoot came back with a vengeance after 40. The bod just doesn't recover like it used to. I wish you the best.
