Here's a fun topic: What do you all pay for utilities and how much?

These are ours on the east coast... yay private for-profit utility companies!

Water: $126 for 2,800 gallons of water per month zero, on a well

Electricity: $135 for 1,291 kWh per month. well az aps is damn proud of their KH hourly rate, so it's $150 (atm) in the summer. Come fall through late spring it's maybe $40. Since we heat, cook, dryer and water heater on propane.

Oh yeah property taxes...............$674 annually Please pay in full before 11/19
