    Thursday morning, back from the gym, I must have bent wrong of something. Big pain in RH lower back, right knee and sharp flashes of pain down the right leg. This is not good, took some extra strength aspirin and another cup of coffee.

    Nope, not a stroke. The aspirin has kicked in and I can sit with little pain but twisting side to side is not happening. The wife will not be happy with her duty ...
