    Sashimi is pure sex. Nori and nigiri sushi is like doing it with your clothes on. Good for what it is but sashimi gets down to the simple raw nakedness. Oh, so yum.

    I heard an interesting podcast with an epidemiologist the other day all about the difference between eating raw salt water dish vs raw fresh water fish that was pretty interesting. Actually, the podcast was about food borne illnesses, and the later was covered pretty well.

    Anyway, I like trying new foods and feel like there is a whole world of Asian cuisine I'm missing out on.

    Down to the low teens, if not closer to 5 they say. It's amazing how much this area mirrors northern CO weather wise. Hopefully minus the few feet of snow, we had NYD.
