It doesn't You need to count the post yourself. Auto post counts are for the $$ donation members, i click and a number pops up. UNLESS you'd like someone to do it for you. Thus enabling another gun owner.

So what you suggested does not help me at all. I was wondering how many posts a member had contributed to a certain thread. And no, I'm not going to read through 16700+ posts and tally up the posts from each member in this thread...
