    We were messing around with kettle bells, and I tripped, fell down and went boom.

    Apparently, it's possible to do a one legged squat on top of a kettle bell..... But not with my busted up lower body. Dammit I gave it a shot,though.

    the lining of the head of my right femur is torn, preventing full rotation. I found that out the hard way...

    a little wobble is all it takes to upset the balance of a kettle bell with 175 lbs on top of it.
